Esports Connect International Terms of Service Agreement

By accessing or using the subscription service, you agree to be bound by these terms. By checking the box underneath this form, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to the terms stated in each of the six sections in this document. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

1. Contract Termination: Esports Connect International reserves the right to terminate your access to the service, as well as your subscription, at any time without notice or liability. Esports Connect International holds the right to ban you from their services for any discriminatory act against faculty or other players. Comments that hold prejudice toward other players will result in an account ban on the Esports Connect International website and a termination of your subscription at the next payment term. Anything hateful or meant to put other players down can be reviewed and a ban will be determined by staff members. You will not be refunded after being banned.

2. Flat Fee and Refund Policy: Coaches that do not commit an international recruit within a year of signing up are eligible for a 50% refund. Players are not eligible for refunds of any kind.

3. There Is No Guarantee That You Will Find A University to Play and Study With: By agreeing to the terms of service, you understand that not everyone will find University to study with and play esports for. There will be a large number of prospects and players, and it is your responsibility to show Esports Connect International why you would be a good recruit. You are paying for a chance at success, not an automatic connection. This section prevents players from taking legal action if they are unable to be connected to a University.

4. If You Decide to Cancel Your Membership, Your Subscription Will Continue Until the Next Payment Date: You will still be able to use the services to the full extent with Esports Connect International until your next payment date, if you decide to cancel your subscription. The only exception will be if a player is banned for any reason stated in the first clause.

5. Collection and Use of Personal Information: All information you use on our site and provide Esports Connect International will be read as accurate. If you are found using inaccurate information you will not receive a refund and will be banned from the service Esports Connect International provides. By accepting the terms of service, you also give consent for Esports Connect International to use your personal information to help market you to universities as well as to help Esports Connect International for business related reasons.

6. Streaming Permissions: By accepting the terms of agreement you give Esports Connect International the right to stream your gameplay to the general public and use your in-game information. All information may be available to the general public.
